Who Is Behind This
My name is Dilawar Laghari. I'm a Lead Auditor and Trainer based in Melbourne. Over 14 years I've conducted more than 500 external ISO certification audits across construction, manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, and IT — working with certification bodies including Intertek, SAI Global, DNV, and Citation Certification.
I'm an IRCA-certified auditor across multiple management systems standards. I've sat across the table from auditors at every level, and I've seen the same pattern repeat: technically competent people who struggle to perform in the room.
I built Audit Workshop because I got tired of watching capable professionals underperform simply because they were never taught the craft of auditing — only the content of the standards.

Do I need prior ISO knowledge?
Basic familiarity with the standard you're auditing against is helpful. Start with one of the free intro courses if you want a solid grounding before attending a workshop.
How is this different from a certification course?
Certification courses teach you the standard. Audit Workshop teaches you how to perform in an audit. The two complement each other — we focus on practical skills that formal courses leave out.
Is this accredited?
The platform delivers practical auditing skills training. Participation certificates are issued on completion. Discussions with professional accreditation bodies are ongoing.
